RETRO A 1-1+ is a broadband analogue BTE hearing aid with an extended frequency range; it is suitable to compensate mild and moderate hearing loss with horizontal and gradually downward-sloping audiometric patterns with recruitment (sound perception impairment caused by sensorineural hearing loss).

FUNCTIONS AND ADVANTAGES:

• Manual amplification control;
• Low frequency tone control is smoothly conducted by the trimmer “N-H”;
• AGC acts as a distortion-free means of limiting output;
• AGC compression ratio is smoothly controlled by the trimmer “CR”
• Induction coil allows making telephone calls;
• Customary N-H-0 mode selector combined with an on/off switch:
  N – basic mode, the device works in a wide frequency range;
  H – high-pass filter mode;
  0 – switches off the device;
• Compatible with cell phones, computers, etc. via Bluetooth devices with a hearing loop.
